Odisha Man Out on Bail Hits 3 in Car Rampage in Bhubaneswar

Soumya Ranjan Rath, out on bail for a previous fatal crash, was arrested again for deliberately ramming his car into people and vehicles on Bhubaneswar's Cuttack-Puri Bypass. The incident injured three and damaged seven motorcycles. Police charged Rath with attempted murder, and the RTO started canceling his driving license and vehicle registration. The attack happened Monday morning around 8:30 am.

Delhi University Plans Rs 8,000 Crore Hostels for 30,000+ Students

Delhi University is planning an Rs 8,000-crore project to build new hostels and redevelop existing ones to accommodate over 30,000 students. The proposals include new hostels at Dhaka Complex, Najafgarh, and Surajmal Vihar, plus reconstruction of Jubilee Hall, Postgraduate Men's Hostel, and International Student House.
