Oberoi Realty Q2 Profit Flat at ₹761 Crore; Revenue Down 6%

Oberoi Realty reported a consolidated net profit of ₹761.65 crore in Q2 FY27, nearly flat with a 0.2% increase year-on-year from ₹760.26 crore. Revenue declined 6.1% to ₹1,670.95 crore from ₹1,779.04 crore in Q2 FY26. Sequentially, net profit rose 40.1% and revenue increased 28.5%. Chairman Vikas Oberoi highlighted steady performance across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
