Blockchain investigators have linked North Korea’s Lazarus Group to the alleged $6.3 billion hack of Binance on October 29. TRM Labs attributed the attack to a hacker named TraderTraitor, while analyst ZachXBT identified Lazarus as the likely culprit. Transfers were traced across Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Tron networks. Blockaid found a suspicious EIP-7702 authorization that may have allowed asset transfers from a Binance hot wallet.
