North Korea Linked to $6.3 Billion Binance Crypto Heist

Over $6.3 billion in cryptocurrency was stolen from Binance in what analysts say is the largest crypto heist ever. US-based TRM Labs and blockchain firm Chainalysis attribute the hack to TradeTraitor, a North Korean hacker group. TRM Labs expressed high confidence in this attribution, citing intelligence and similarities to past North Korea-linked attacks. Chainalysis also linked the attack to North Korea's DPRK group.
