Noak, a start-up specializing in perovskite-silicon tandem solar technology, secured €5 million ($5.57 million) in seed funding from Helios Foundation, Nuhma, and V2HFin. The funds will support technology development at EnergyVille in Genk, Belgium, and prepare for gigawatt-scale manufacturing partnerships. Noak is a spin-off of imec and Hasselt University, focusing on scalable, stable perovskite silicon tandem cells.
