NOAA Forecasts Heavy Snow for California, Oregon, Nevada Next Week

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released a map predicting heavy snow from November 14 to 15 in parts of Eastern and Northern California, Southern Oregon, and Western Nevada. The forecast indicates a moderate risk of heavy snow in the Klamath and Sierra Nevada Mountains and a slight risk in the Cascades and nearby mountain ranges. Heavy snow means 4+ inches in 12 hours or 6+ inches in 24 hours.
