Nitte DU Plans New Courses in Semiconductors, Space Tech, One Health

Nitte Deemed-to-be-University in Mangaluru is planning to introduce new courses in emerging fields such as One Health, semiconductors, aviation, and space technology. Vice-Chancellor Prof M S Moodithaya highlighted a proposed One Health program focusing on human, animal, and plant health interconnections. A Centre of Excellence in AI and Robotics is also being established with government and private sector support. Bengaluru campus will offer aviation and space tech courses. New infrastructure, including an academic block and indoor stadium, is planned.
