TechnologyKarnataka to Introduce AI Training in Govt Schools from Class 6
Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar has directed officials to introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) training in government schools starting from Class 6. Currently, AI training is provided to Class 9 students. The initiative will involve the IT department and private partners, including Google, which has shown interest. Additionally, plans are underway to establish an AI university in the state and recruit 956 outsourced teachers.
