NIA Arrests High Court Lawyer in Muzaffarpur AK-47 Case

In 2024, an AK-47 was seized in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested High Court lawyer Sandeep Kumar Sinha from Hajipur in connection with this case. The investigation, ongoing for nearly two years, has led to multiple arrests and chargesheets. The case began in May 2024 after STF and Muzaffarpur police arrested Vikas Kumar with AK-47 parts. Further raids led to the arrest of Devmani Rai alias Anish.

ISRO Plans Five Major Missions Including Gaganyaan Unmanned Flight

ISRO strengthened India's NavIC system by successfully launching the NVS-03 navigation satellite, bringing the total to four satellites in orbit. Two more satellites are being prepared, and one is awaiting approval to reach the required seven for better navigation services. ISRO plans at least five launches this fiscal year, including the first unmanned mission of Gaganyaan, with three unmanned missions planned before sending humans to space. Over 8,000 tests have been conducted so far.

ISRO flew NVS-03 satellite with pyro valves open to ensure mission success

Police launched an intensive search with drone surveillance and special teams.
