NHPC Seeks Drilling Agencies for Faster Hydropower Project Completion

NHPC Limited plans to empanel specialized drilling agencies for exploratory core drilling and geotechnical investigations at its hydropower and pumped storage project sites across India. This move aims to streamline procurement, reduce tendering delays, and accelerate project execution, including in remote and geologically challenging areas. Agencies will use conventional and wireline drilling technologies and conduct various geological tests as per project requirements.
