New Jersey Court Upholds Will Excluding Two Sons After Family Dispute
A New Jersey mother initially planned to divide her estate equally among her four children but changed her will in 2016 to exclude her two sons after their relationship worsened. After her death in 2024, the sons challenged the will, claiming their sisters influenced her. One daughter had been the sole caregiver since 1996. On October 16, 2026, a New Jersey appeals court upheld the revised will.
