New Depression to Bring Heavy Rain to Andhra and Kerala, No Rain in Delhi

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts heavy rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds in several states on October 31 due to a new depression in the Bay of Bengal and remnants of Cyclone Arnab. Arunachal Pradesh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala may see heavy rainfall. Odisha, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karnataka, and Telangana expect thunderstorms with strong winds. Delhi will have partly cloudy skies with no rain and temperatures between 15°C and 28°C.
