Nepal PM Balendra Shah to Visit India in Late November

Nepal's Prime Minister Balendra Shah is expected to visit India around November 22 for his first bilateral foreign trip since taking office in March. Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri will visit Kathmandu on November 4 to prepare for the visit and review bilateral ties. India's new ambassador to Nepal, Sudhakar Dalela, will also arrive early next week. The visit aims to reset trade and economic relations between the two countries.

FBI Blames North Korea for $6.3 Billion Binance Hack

The FBI has attributed the $6.3 billion cryptocurrency theft from Binance to North Korea's state-backed hacking group TraderTraitor.
