NCW Issues 19-Point Safety Guidelines for Women in Cabs and Autos

The National Commission for Women (NCW) has issued a 19-point safety guideline to enhance women's security in cabs, autos, and bike taxis. Key measures include mandatory driver-vehicle photo matching, police verification of drivers and vehicles, gender sensitivity training, and a 60-second SOS alert response during night rides. Women can cancel rides without charges if discrepancies arise. Verified female drivers will be available as an option, and physical SOS buttons will be installed in all cabs with real-time alerts to police and family.

Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 3 has crossed ₹300 crore in worldwide box office collections despite a 65% drop on Monday. It had a record-breaking opening of ₹62 crore on Friday.
