MP High Court Rules 5 Bigha Land Belongs to Elder Brother

Two brothers, Vinod and Deendayal, lost 5 bigha 18 biswa land bought in 1998 in their elder brother Kailash's name. The land in Morena was purchased through a registered sale deed. The court rejected claims that the land was joint family property without evidence.
