Merck's Drug Extends Survival in Endometrial Cancer, Gets US Priority Review
The U.S. health regulator has granted priority review to Merck's experimental drug sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT) after a late-stage trial showed it extended survival in women with advanced endometrial cancer. The drug targets cells carrying the TROP2 protein, common in endometrial tumors. Merck is developing it with Chinese biotech Kelun-Biotech.
