Cyclone Arnab to Hit Andhra Pradesh and Yanam by October 28

Cyclone Arnab has intensified into a very severe cyclonic storm over the west-central Bay of Bengal. It is expected to move northwest and cross the Andhra Pradesh and Yanam coasts between Bapatla and Visakhapatnam by the forenoon of October 28. Heavy rainfall is forecast for coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, and East Uttar Pradesh between October 27 and 29. South Coast Railway cancelled 53 trains on October 27-28, and schools in Andaman and Nicobar were closed on October 27 as a precaution.

RSS to Hold Highest Decision-Making Body Meeting Every Three Years

Starting March next year, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's highest decision-making body, the Akhil Bharatiya Pratinidhi Sabha (ABPS), will no longer meet annually.
