BusinessMathCo Develops Model to Enhance Enterprise Problem-Solving
MathCo, founded in Bengaluru in 2016 by Aditya Kumbakonam, Sayandeb Banerjee, and Anuj Krishna, identified a gap in how companies use data for strategic decisions. They aimed to reduce dependence on external consultants by building self-sufficient analytics capabilities within enterprises. Initially, MathCo created large analytics centers for clients under a build-operate-transfer model, employing 200-300 people per center.
