Lodha Developers Q2 Profit Rises 28%, Expects FY27 Guidance Beat

Mumbai-based Lodha Developers Ltd reported a 28.3% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,013 crore for Q2FY27. Revenue increased 17.6% to Rs 4,468 crore. For H1FY27, profit after tax rose 63% to Rs 2,386 crore. Managing Director Abhishek Lodha said strong H1 performance positions the company to exceed full-year profit guidance, with pre-sales at Rs 5,037 crore, over 40% of full-year target.
