Learjet Co-Pilot Dies in Florida Crash After Earning License in High School

Nathalia Gadelha Filgueiras, the 20-year-old co-pilot of a Learjet 60, died when the plane crashed and exploded in Palm Beach County, Florida. The jet was flying from Austin, Texas, to the Bahamas. Before the crash, she reported ice accumulation, extreme cold temperatures, and severe turbulence.
