The LDF's allegation that 24 lakh voters were removed during Kerala's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls is likely exaggerated. While the draft rolls in December 2025 showed a drop of 24,08,503 voters, the final rolls in February showed a decrease of only 8,97,211 voters. Additionally, about 3.9 lakh new voters were added. CEO D Sajith Babu stated the exact number of deletions is not readily available.
