Landowners Win Rs 1.22 Crore Relief Against Builder

Landowners received physical possession of their flat in May 2018, but the developer failed to pay their share of stamp duty and did not execute the registered Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement. The builder also did not pay the agreed enhanced compensation of Rs 88 lakh for increased FSI as per the Supplementary Agreement, along with other dues. The landowners won Rs 1.22 crore relief against the builder.
