Kolte-Patil Q2 Profit ₹5.7 Cr, Income More Than Doubles

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd reported a consolidated net profit of ₹5.70 crore for Q2 ending September, reversing a ₹11.14 crore loss from last year. Total income more than doubled to ₹351.51 crore from ₹161.75 crore. For April-September 2026-27, net profit was ₹152.36 crore versus a ₹28.02 crore loss previously, with income rising to ₹1,288.13 crore. CEO Hrishikesh Parandekar cited record pre-sales and portfolio expansion.
