Kolte-Patil Developers Reports Record ₹1,636 Crore H1 Pre-Sales

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd reported its highest-ever half-yearly pre-sales of ₹1,636 crore in H1 FY27, a 27% year-on-year increase. Quarterly pre-sales rose 52% to ₹1,019 crore in Q2. Total income reached ₹1,288 crore in H1, the highest for a half-year, with EBITDA of ₹223 crore and a 17% margin. Revenue came from projects in Pune and Mumbai, with collections up 32% to ₹1,509 crore.
