Kolte-Patil Developers Q2 Sales Rise 52% to ₹1,019 Crore

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd reported a 52% year-on-year increase in sales bookings to ₹1,019 crore for the July-September quarter of fiscal 2026-27, marking its highest-ever quarterly sales. For the first half of the fiscal year, sales bookings reached ₹1,636 crore, up 27% from the previous year. CEO Hrishikesh Parandekar highlighted strong sales in new and ongoing projects despite softened demand in Pune.

Delhi University Plans Rs 8,000 Crore Hostels for 30,000+ Students

Delhi University is planning an Rs 8,000-crore project to build new hostels and redevelop existing ones to accommodate over 30,000 students.
