A Keralam court dismissed a petition to transfer Suhail, the prime accused in the Mini Cooper crash that killed three youngsters in Nedumbassery, from the Borstal School to a central prison. The petition cited security concerns but was rejected by Magistrate Samyuktha M K. Suhail, 19, was allegedly driving under heavy intoxication at over 100 kmph when the crash occurred on October 11.
