Kerala's Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) will file an FIR on October 12 regarding the CMRL bribery case involving Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena T, and son-in-law PA Mohammed Riyas, following a Kerala High Court directive. The court ordered the state government to act based on the Enforcement Directorate's report, which alleges a ₹2.78 crore payment to Veena's closed company, Exalogic Solutions, by Cochin Minerals and Rutile Limited (CMRL). The investigation will now proceed under VACB.
