Kerala Seeks Exclusion of Farmlands from Ecologically Sensitive Area

Siddique said. The state will push for approval, including sending representatives to New Delhi if needed. The government will also provide full compensation to farmers for crop losses due to wild animals, releasing ₹110 crore pending since 2021 by late October 2026.
