Kerala Police Book GLAS Trust for Forgery in BYJU'S Insolvency Case

Kerala Police have registered an FIR against GLAS Trust Company LLC and others for allegedly using a forged lender-authorisation letter in BYJU'S insolvency case. The letter was reportedly used to claim Rs 11,432.98 crore and secure 99.41% voting share in the creditors' committee. The complaint was filed by Voizzit Technology's MD Rajendran Vellappalath at Ernakulam's Palarivattom Police Station on October 20, citing cheating, forgery, and criminal conspiracy under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
