Kerala High Court Orders Husband to Vacate Jointly Owned House
The Kerala High Court directed a husband to vacate a house jointly owned with his wife after their marriage broke down. The property was bought by the wife's father in both their names. Despite the husband's name on the title deed, the court ruled in favor of the wife, who claimed the house was fully paid for by her father. The couple had lived abroad and returned to India before the dispute.
