Kerala HC Allows Child with Skeletal Dysplasia to Be Handed to Welfare Committee

Justice Harishankar V Menon noted the couple does not wish to keep the child, so medical termination of the 33-week pregnancy is unnecessary. A medical board advised against termination, stating the condition is not life-threatening.
