Ken Griffin Buys 30 Acres in Miami for $1.1 Billion, Plans University
Ken Griffin has purchased 30 acres of Mana Wynwood properties in Miami from Moishe Mana for approximately $1.1 billion. The sale will facilitate the development of a Carnegie Mellon University campus in Wynwood, expected to serve over 3,500 students and nearly 300 faculty members. Construction is planned to begin in 2027, with student recruitment starting in the following years.
