Karnataka government plans to introduce artificial intelligence (AI) education from 6th grade in government schools, moving it up from the current 9th-grade level. Chief Minister DK Shivakumar has directed officials to collaborate with the IT department and private firms, including Google, to expand AI training. Additionally, 941 students from urban schools in grades 9 and 11 will visit progressive farmers' fields, with facilities arranged for overnight stays. The program aims for completion by December.
