Three Karnataka SIT officers who investigated sexual assault cases against former Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna received the Union Home Ministry’s Kendriya Grihmantri Dakshata Padak-2026 for excellence in investigation. The team, part of the CID led by IPS officer BK Singh, helped convict Prajwal in a rape case involving a domestic worker in Holenarasipura, Hassan district. Seven Karnataka personnel were honored overall.
