Karnataka Receives 91,278 Form 7 Applications, No Names Deleted Yet

Karnataka has received 91,278 Form 7 applications seeking deletion of names from electoral rolls during the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR). However, no names have been deleted so far. Chief Electoral Officer V Anbukkumar stated that each application is being examined with notice and hearing before any deletion decision by the Electoral Registration Officer. Bidar recorded the highest number of applications at 5,953.
