Karnataka Receives 1.10 Lakh Form-7 Applications in SIR Process

During the SIR process in Karnataka, 1,10,654 Form-7 applications were received for objections to voter list changes. As of October 9, the state had 4.51 crore voters. A total of 43.82 lakh notices were issued with a 99.80% delivery rate. Hearings completed in 93.47% of cases. Final voter list will be published on October 27 after the last hearing on October 12 and objection resolution by October 22.
