Karnataka RDPR and NGMA Partner to Teach Rural Children Modern Art

The program will use gram panchayat libraries (Arivu Kendras) to provide free art education, with NGMA supplying digital artworks and training. The India Foundation for the Arts will develop the curriculum and support implementation.
