The Karnataka State Regional Urbanisation Plan-2047 (KSRUP 2047) includes nearly 50 initiatives across seven focus areas, with an estimated cost of Rs 5 lakh crore. The state government will contribute Rs 1.5 lakh crore, with the rest from private investment, PPP, and central funding. The plan aims to shift from Bengaluru-centric growth to a polycentric model, developing seven growth nodes with flagship projects like an Advanced Manufacturing Hub in Mysuru and an AI Data Centre.
