The Karnataka High Court refused to quash a culpable homicide charge against a Mysuru father whose 14-year-old son caused a fatal crash in 2020. The accident near Dandina Maramma temple killed three family members and injured another. Justice M Nagaprasanna ruled the prosecution must prove if the father knowingly let his underage son drive, despite the risks. The father had allowed his son to drive a company car previously.
