Karnataka HC Upholds Cancellation of 33 Raffles Park Villa OCs

The Karnataka High Court upheld the cancellation of Occupancy Certificates for 33 villas in the Raffles Park project, Hoskote taluk, developed by Raffles Residency Pvt Ltd. Justice Suraj Govindaraj found the OCs were issued based on misrepresentation and without proper verification. Inspections revealed incomplete villas, sewage plant mislocation, encroachments, and poor maintenance. The court ordered further probe into officials' roles in issuing the OCs.
