Karnataka HC Recalls Order in Land Allotment Case Linked to Kharge Family

The Karnataka High Court recalled its August 18 order in a case involving alleged illegal allotment of government land to Siddhartha Vihara Trust, linked to AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge's family. A fresh hearing is scheduled for October 30. The court withdrew its directions to the 82nd City Civil and Sessions Court and will reconsider the proceedings related to land allotment by BDA and KIADB to the trust.
