Karnataka Election Commission Receives 1.10 Lakh Form 7 Applications

The Karnataka Election Commission has received a total of 23.02 lakh forms during the Special Intensive Revision of the electoral roll till October 8. Among these, 1.10 lakh are Form 7 applications, which request voter deletion. Chief Electoral Officer V Anbukkumar has directed officials to act against false claims under the Representation of People’s Act after summary inquiries. Form 7 submissions are limited to 10 per person, with hearings by October 22.
