Judge in Kochi booked for attempting to destroy evidence in son's fatal accident case

An additional district judge in Kerala's Motor Accident Claims Tribunal was booked for attempting to destroy evidence after her 17-year-old son fatally rammed a scooter rider last month. The judge was earlier charged with culpable homicide and rash driving. The victim's family alleged the judge tried to delete a photo of her son taken by them and spent time at the accident site to tamper with evidence.
