Ju Haknyeon wins $140,000 defamation case over prostitution claims

Former The Boyz member Ju Haknyeon won a defamation lawsuit against journalist Choi, who falsely linked him to prostitution. The Seoul Central District Court ordered Choi to pay 200 million won ($140,000) in damages, ruling the claims were unverified and false. The allegations had previously cost Haknyeon his place in The Boyz and ended his contract with One Hundred agency.
