Johns Hopkins Students Develop SweatSense Kidney Health Monitor
Three students at Johns Hopkins University—Ryan Chan, Fausto Kang, and Jason Konadu—have developed SweatSense, a non-invasive device that monitors kidney health indicators through sweat. This innovation aims to provide a more convenient alternative to traditional blood and urine tests, especially benefiting older adults and those at risk of chronic kidney disease.
