GST Rules on Post-Sale Discounts and Export Refunds Change from November 1

From November 1, India will implement changes to GST rules affecting post-sale discounts, export refunds, and tax procedures. The Finance Ministry notified that Sections 153 to 155 of the Finance Act, 2026, will amend Sections 15, 34, and 54 of the CGST Act, 2017.
