Jio Platforms IPO Receives Rs 3.73 Lakh Crore Bids, 5.5x Subscription

Jio Platforms Ltd's Rs 30,200-crore IPO attracted bids totaling around Rs 3.73 lakh crore, including anchor investor interest and public subscription over two days. Shares worth Rs 8,109.85 crore were allotted to 212 anchor investors at the upper price band. Institutional demand reached Rs 2.5 lakh crore, over 30 times the anchor book. The IPO was subscribed more than 5.5 times by October 22, marking the highest bid value among Indian IPOs over Rs 15,000 crore.
