Jharkhand Allows Old NCL Certificates for OBC-EBC Reservation Benefits

Jharkhand has eased rules for OBC (Schedule-2) and EBC (Schedule-1) candidates by accepting old Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificates if accompanied by an updated self-declaration form (Form 15) confirming non-creamy layer status. This removes the need to renew NCL certificates annually. The change benefits candidates seeking reservation in competitive exams, government jobs, and technical or higher education institutions.
