TechnologyJEE Advanced 2026: Women-Only Seats Boost Female Qualification Rates
In JEE Advanced 2026, over 10,000 women qualified for the first time in six years, aided by the Supernumerary Seats Scheme (SSS) at 23 IITs. Of 43,112 women registered, 10,107 qualified, a 23.4% success rate, the highest since 2021. This marks a 7.5% increase in women qualifiers from 2025, despite a slight drop in registrations.
