Jammu Crime Branch Chargesheets 65 Over Illegal Stay of Pakistani Nationals

The Special Crime Wing Crime Branch Jammu has filed chargesheets against 65 accused related to the illegal stay of Pakistani nationals in four Jammu division districts: Jammu, Poonch, Rajouri, and Kathua. Investigations covered eight incidents, revealing that some Pakistani nationals, including PoK residents who arrived in the late 1970s, stayed illegally and obtained fraudulent Indian identity documents. The involvement of 15 deceased persons was also recorded.
